Overview
TRADEDOC is a personal learning journal. This policy explains what information this site collects, how it is used, and your rights around it. The short version: this site collects very little data, does not sell anything, and does not run advertising.
Information collected
Contact and feedback forms
When you submit the contact form or the feedback widget, we collect your name (optional), email address (optional), and message. This information is transmitted via Web3Forms and delivered as an email to the site owner. Web3Forms has its own privacy policy.
Hosting and analytics
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect basic technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and page requests as part of its infrastructure and security operations. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details. This site does not run Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics.
Content and media
All site content is stored in Sanity.io. Sanity may process data as part of content delivery. See Sanity's privacy policy.
Cookies
This site does not set first-party cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies as part of its infrastructure. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used.
How information is used
Information from the contact and feedback forms is used only to read and reply to messages. It is not shared with third parties, not used for marketing, and not stored beyond the email inbox.
Your rights
You may request deletion of any information you submitted via the contact or feedback forms by emailing the site owner directly. Since this site does not maintain a user database, there is no account data to access or delete beyond submitted messages.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
